TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS (TERMS)

ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. EVENT DATES & TIMES SUBJECT TO CHANGE

TICKET PURCHASE IS NOT TAX DEDUCTIBLE AS A CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTION

This ticket is a revocable license allowing access to The Standard Portland Classic golf tournament (“Event”). The person seeking entry pursuant to this license, and any accompanying minors (collectively “Holder”), agrees that this ticket is subject to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). By acceptance and/or use of this ticket, Holder is deemed to have read these Terms and agreed to be bound by them.

Failure to comply with any of these Terms may result in forfeiture of the ticket license and all rights arising hereunder without refund. Admission may be refused or revoked, and Holder may be ejected at the sole discretion of LPGA Tournament Properties, the Ladies Professional Golf Association (“LPGA”), The Standard Portland Classic, Columbia Edgewater Country Club, and their respective representatives (individually and collectively, “Management”).

Management’s maximum liability for any claim arising from this ticket shall not exceed the face value of the ticket (“Face Value”).

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL MANAGEMENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY AMOUNTS PAID IN EXCESS OF THE FACE VALUE OF THE TICKET.

RELEASE & INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

HOLDER VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISKS associated with attendance at the Event, including but not limited to:

• Personal injury or death
• Exposure to communicable diseases or illnesses
• Lost, stolen, or damaged property

Holder hereby releases, waives, and discharges Management and the Released Parties from any and all claims arising from such risks.

RELEASED PARTIES include: Management, The Standard, LPGA, Columbia Edgewater Country Club, Event sponsors, players, caddies, volunteers, contractors, and each of their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents.

Holder agrees not to sue the Released Parties and further agrees to indemnify and hold them harmless from any claims, liabilities, or losses arising from Holder’s attendance or conduct at the Event.

If any portion of this agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the State of Florida pursuant to the Commercial Rules of the American Arbitration Association.

MEDIA RIGHTS

The LPGA owns all rights to images, video, audio, scoring data, and related content from the Event.

Holder may capture photographs or video for personal, non-commercial use only. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Live streaming or real-time transmission
• Commercial use of any content
• Distribution of scoring or statistical data

By entering the Event, Holder grants the LPGA and Management an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use Holder’s image, likeness, voice, and statements captured at the Event in any media.

EVENT POLICIES

Holder must comply with all Event rules and policies, including:

• Security procedures and searches
• Fan conduct standards
• Health and safety policies
• Prohibited item restrictions

Failure to comply may result in denial of entry or ejection without refund.

Management reserves the right to refuse admission to any person deemed to pose a safety risk or who engages in disorderly conduct.

TICKET RESTRICTIONS

Tickets may not be resold except through authorized platforms. Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, counterfeit, or duplicated tickets.

Tickets may not be used for commercial purposes, promotions, contests, or gambling activities without express written consent.

Event dates, times, and location are subject to change. No refunds or exchanges will be provided due to scheduling changes or cancellations.

PARKING & PROPERTY

Parking is at the sole risk of the vehicle owner/operator. Management is not responsible for theft or damage.

Holder is deemed to have accepted these Terms on behalf of any accompanying minors.

By using this ticket, Holder acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
